Years of Experience
We offer flexible care built around you – supporting your independence, wellbeing, and choices every day.
Our in-home care service provides personalised care and support to adults aged 18 years and over, including older adults aged 65+, in their own homes and within the community. We take the time to understand each person’s individual needs, preferences, circumstances and goals, tailoring our support to help them maintain their independence, dignity, safety and wellbeing.
We support people with a range of needs, including mental health needs, dementia and physical disabilities. Support is provided in line with each person’s assessed needs and agreed care and support plan.
Depending on the level of support required, this may include:
We aim to help people remain in their own homes while receiving the right level of care and support to live safely, confidently and as independently as possible.
Our supported living service is for adults aged 18 and over who want to live as independently as possible but may need some support along the way. We help people build confidence in everyday life, from managing their home and developing independent life-skills, maintaining relationships and working towards personal goals.
The support we provide is shaped around the individual. We listen to what matters to each person, encourage them to make their own choices and provide support where it is needed — without taking away their independence.
Our aim is to create a supportive environment where people feel safe, respected and confident to build the life they want. Our approach is guided by the principles of Right Support, Right Care and Right Culture, promoting choice, independence, dignity, inclusion and respect.
For people who want to remain in the comfort and familiarity of their own home, live-in care provides the reassurance of having a carer living with them and providing support throughout the day and night, according to their assessed needs and agreed care plan.
We tailor our support around each person's needs, routines and way of life. This may include personal care, help with everyday activities, companionship and other agreed care and support.
Our aim is to help people feel safe, comfortable and supported at home, while continuing to enjoy the routines, relationships and interests that matter to them.
Caring for someone can be rewarding, but everyone needs time to rest and recharge. We provide flexible respite care and short breaks for families and those who support a loved one, while ensuring the person receiving support continues to feel safe, respected, and well supported.
Support for adults 18 + may include:
